Te Tihi Villas, 67 Dart Place, Fernhill
Te Tihi Villas are two architecturally designed villas on an elevated, steep site at 67 Dart Place in Fernhill, looking across Lake Wakatipu to the mountains. This is one of our own developments. We found the site, took it through design and consent, and are building it ourselves, with completion planned for mid 2027. Unit 1 is for sale now.

Building on a steep Fernhill site
Fernhill sites reward the effort with some of the best views in Queenstown, but they demand careful engineering and a well run site. Te Tihi Villas sit on a steel portal frame, with materials craned in to keep the build moving on a tight, sloping section. Kirk Roberts, the structural engineers, carry out third party inspections of framing, bracing and connections as the build progresses.

We expect these villas to suit owners who want a lock and leave Queenstown base, a holiday rental or a long term rental. So the specification favours durable, practical, high quality fittings that stand up to real use, not showpiece items that date or wear quickly.
